Ordered online and the process was very convinient. Ordered same day delivery and it took them about 5 hours to deliver my arrangement. Amazing!. My recipient loved the flower. The only thing that went wrong was that my name was not printed on the card, even though I "signed" the card, so my recipient had no idea who sent her flower. Over all extremely satisfied. Thank you!
